Billing is to the quarter-hour after the first hour.

Send me what I need to reproduce your EEGLAB error, and I'll find out what went wrong and what needs to be done to get you moving for a flat $100 fee.

I will respond promptly to all of your EEGLAB-related questions and find the source of any bugs or error messages you encounter. If you are stuck give me a call or send me an email and I'll talk you through it. Fixing bugs or coming up with detailed solutions is at my discretion and may still be at my usual hourly rate.

For all of your data for a given experiment (time-series, channel locations, events), I will import and preprocess it in EEGLAB, so that initial experimental results are available and it is ready for detailed interactive analysis without having to first struggle with tedious details like data entry and programming hiccups.

Details:
will construct and compute all EEGLAB files from your experimental data. This covers:

Importing time-series data, electrode locations and names, event information, experiment descriptions, etc.
Identifying and removing bad channels and time segments
Epoching the data as you specify.
Band-pass filtering to remove line noise and linear trends.
Computing ICA, identifying, labelling and removing eyeblinks, heartbeat and other muscle artifact components, and computing equivalent dipole locations and confidences for all components using EEGLAB's Fieldtrip plugin.
Computing Event-Related Spectral Purtabation (ERSP) and Inter-Trial Coherence (ITC) for all channels and components.
Construct a STUDY set, used for clustering components and channels across recording sessions and subjects within an experiment.
My fee covers later questions concerning this data and related to its analysis.
Timeframe: about 4 weeks. One to import, one for epoching and examination, one week of computer time, and one more week to set up the STUDY files.

Product: I will provide a final cleaned, computed set of files which will allow you to open the single STUDY file and immediately begin analyzing your experimental data as a whole, by individual, by session, etc. I will also provide all important intermediate results along with the necessary details to repeat and duplicate my results or redo those steps using other parameters.

I will perform all of the above services, and also the data analysis. This means that I will work with you to apply the full power of EEGLAB toward discovering what is interesting and significant about your experiment.
